Job Summary:
As a seasoned HR professional, we are seeking an individual to fill the position of Assistant Manager, HR. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Compensation and Benefits / Performance Management, with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of annual performance management frameworks and staff performance assessment processes.
