  • Outlet Manager Trainee

Job Description:

This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an outlet, including employee management and customer satisfaction.

The Outlet Manager Trainee will undergo a 2-year training program to become a proficient team leader. The job involves supervising all areas of the outlet, adhering to standards and service levels, managing daily sales collections, and enforcing sanitary practices.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage all areas of an assigned outlet to ensure efficient and quality service delivery.
  2. Adhere to established standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs.
  3. Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative duties, including banking and personnel-related tasks.
  4. Enforce sanitary practices and maintain kitchen and dining area cleanliness.
  5. Supervise food preparation and presentation to maintain high-quality standards.
  6. Estimate food needs and collaborate with procurement teams to place orders and schedule deliveries.
  7. Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to complaints.
  8. Implement security procedures to protect staff, customers, and assets.
  9. Maintain a safe working environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents.
  10. Manage shifts, scheduling, and planning, as well as direct recruitment and termination processes.
  11. Conduct orientations, oversee training, and provide ongoing feedback and performance appraisals.

Requirements:

  1. Diploma with 1-year experience in F&B or Hospitality Industry
  2. Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  3. Physically fit to stand long hours
