Senior Infrastructure Project Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing small-scale infrastructure or network projects.

As a Senior Infrastructure Project Coordinator, you will:

  • Work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables;
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, track milestones, and ensure projects stay on track;
  • Coordinate resource allocation and monitor project progress against timelines and budgets;
  • Identify and address project risks, escalating issues when necessary;
  • Prepare regular project updates and reports for stakeholders;
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate and up-to-date;
  • Assist in managing post-implementation support and project handovers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Junior Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or Service Delivery Manager;
  • Knowledge of infrastructure or network systems and technologies;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams;
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus;
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are an advantage but not mandatory;
  • Diploma or Degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field is preferred;
  • Will to work in a NON Camera Phone environment.
