Senior Infrastructure Coordinator

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Infrastructure Coordinator to join our team in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor infrastructure projects to ensure adherence to project schedules and milestones.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on construction sites.
- Facilitate communication between authorities, client representatives, contractors, and consultants.
- Support project managers in daily site operations and management.
- Assist in resolving site-related issues and making timely decisions.
- Conduct site surveys and plan site activities.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation to relevant authorities and agencies.
- Manage project cash flow and budgeting.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Civil Engineering is an advantage).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret site and CAD drawings.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
- Experience in construction or utilities is preferred.
- Possession of own transport is beneficial.
