Job Title: Precision Mechanical Design Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Precision Mechanical Design Lead to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will be responsible for designing and developing precision mechanical components and subsystems that support the development of next-generation semiconductor metrology equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the mechanical design process from conceptual design to detailed drawings,
- Conduct analysis and simulations, including structural, thermal, vibration/modal Finite Element Analyses (FEAs),
- Participate and lead design reviews to obtain a peer-oriented design assessment,
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution,
- Develop and execute design verification/validation plans,
- Ensure all design requirements are appropriately specified and parts quality meets specifications with inspection on incoming components,

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field,
- 8+ years of experience in mechanical design and development of precision components and subsystems,
- Strong understanding of finite element analysis and simulation tools,
- Excellent communication and leadership skills,
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment,
