Marketing Strategy Leader

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Strategy Leader to shape and execute our global marketing strategy. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to lead an international team, drive brand awareness, and deliver measurable business growth across diverse markets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing international marketing team remotely, fostering collaboration and supporting professional development across multiple time zones.

Key responsibilities include driving strategic planning and execution of impactful multi-channel campaigns that enhance customer engagement and support revenue growth in the travel loyalty sector.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7–10 years' experience in senior marketing roles within the travel industry or loyalty programme sectors.

Required skills and qualifications include understanding of B2B players within Loyalty Programmes across Travel, demonstrated ability to manage remote teams distributed across various time zones while fostering a supportive environment built on trust and open communication.

Additionally, the candidate should possess comprehensive knowledge of multi-channel marketing techniques—including email campaigns, digital advertising, automation tools, messaging platforms—and their application in driving customer engagement.
