**Job Summary**

MyCareersFuture is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an E-Commerce / Digital Marketing Executive. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our e-commerce platforms.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Liaise with our logistics team to plan and assign delivery routes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers.
  • Collaborate with our warehouse team to manage stock inventory, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including paperwork and filing, to maintain a organized and compliant work environment.
  • Manage our e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless customer experiences and resolving any technical issues that may arise.
  • Engage with customers via phone and email, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Key in inventory for e-commerce sales, ensuring accurate records and minimizing errors.
  • Monitor and report on refund and return cases, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Verify the accuracy of deliveries performed and return stocks by drivers, ensuring high-quality service.
  • Liaise with our e-commerce platform managers to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
  • Assist with coordination work as needed, supporting the team to achieve business objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by your superior or management, contributing to the growth and success of MyCareersFuture.
  • Support colleagues with general administrative tasks and duties, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of listing upgrades and Canva, ensuring our online presence is visually appealing and engaging.
  • Handle business phone calls, taking orders and liaising with existing and new customers, providing a positive and professional experience.
  • Assist with answering phone calls, attending to walk-in customers, and handling queries with professionalism, ensuring exceptional customer service.
