Job Overview

Careers@Gov is seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Director to lead our HR team in delivering efficient and effective day-to-day operations. As a key member of our organization, this role will play a vital part in shaping the employee experience and driving business success.

Job Summary

The Senior Human Resources Director will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of HR services, including employee onboarding, contract renewal, and offboarding. This role will also involve managing a team of HR professionals, providing training and development opportunities, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of HR professionals in delivering efficient and effective HR services
  • Develop and implement HR processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide good and efficient service
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve HR-related issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Oversee the timely and accurate processing of invoices and ensure all necessary approvals are obtained
Requirements
  • At least 8 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Ability to work independently as well as a team-player
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in a shared services environment
  • Knowledge of common productivity tools to aid digitalization efforts, and Workday system would be good (but not a must)
Estimate Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $105,000 - $135,000 per annum, depending on experience.
