We are seeking a seasoned Retail Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

About the Role

As a Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing stock levels, and enforcing health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure seamless and efficient management
  • Manage stock levels, replenishments, and merchandising to optimize sales and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Enforce health, safety, and compliance standards in accordance with local regulations and company policies
  • Utilize POS systems and other tools for monitoring sales, tracking performance, and streamlining store operations
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation, including cleanliness, merchandising, and staff appearance
Sales and Customer Experience

You will create a customer-centric environment, ensuring all staff deliver exceptional service. Analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and implement actionable solutions. Drive customer engagement by promoting our brand story and enhancing the overall shopping experience.

Team Leadership

As a leader, you will mentor and motivate the retail team to achieve organizational goals. Recruit, onboard, and train team members to ensure alignment with Company values and service standards. Conduct regular performance reviews, establish clear objectives, and provide ongoing support for professional development.

You will monitor store budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to cost control measures and profitability targets. Conduct routine inventory audits to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent overstock or shortages. Collaborate with vendors for timely delivery of supplies and negotiate favorable pricing agreements.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of SGD 80,000 per annum, plus attractive benefits and opportunities for career growth.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in retail management, preferably within a fast-paced and customer-focused environment
  • Demonstrated success in retail operations, leading teams, and consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency in POS systems and retail management software, with a strong understanding of operational tools
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience in budgeting, expense management, and profitability analysis
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities to effectively lead and inspire teams
  • Flexibility to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
