Financial Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Solutions Specialist to join our innovative organization.

The successful candidate will play a key role in guiding clients through the sales process, from initial consultation to final approval.

The Financial Solutions Specialist will provide expert advice on mortgage and business finance options to clients in Singapore and Malaysia.

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations, identifying the best mortgage products to meet their needs.
  • Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert advice on mortgage and business finance options to clients in Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Conducting thorough assessments of clients' financial situations, identifying the best mortgage products to meet their needs.
  • Liaising with financial institutions and lenders to secure the most favorable mortgage terms for clients.
  • Staying up-to-date with current mortgage trends, interest rates, and regulatory changes in Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and lenders.

Qualifications include:

  • A strong desire to excel, self-discipline, and good work ethics.
  • No experience required.
  • Proven experience as a Mortgage Specialist, Loan Officer, or similar role in the financial services industry is a huge advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for clients.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and mortgage applications simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset to assess clients' financial situations and recommend appropriate mortgage solutions.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
