Central Kitchen Assistant Tuas Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Central Kitchen Assistant to join our team. As a Central Kitchen Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting daily kitchen operations in a high-volume central kitchen.


Job Responsibilities:
  • Support daily kitchen operations in a high-volume central kitchen
  • Assist in preparation of raw ingredients for cooking
  • Portion and pack cooked food for delivery and distribution
  • Maintain high hygiene standards, including cleaning and washing duties
  • Work closely with the team to ensure timely execution of daily meals and festive specials
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful as a Central Kitchen Assistant, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in F&B or food manufacturing environment
  • Able to perform labour-intensive work and stand for long hours
  • Possess or willing to obtain WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1
  • Willing to work in rotating shifts

Benefits:
  • Lunch provided
  • Working Hours: 9.5 hrs/day (8.75 hrs work + 45 min break)
  • OT payable after 44 hours/week
