A local Central Kitchen is expanding its operations due to the strong growth in the Ready-to-Eat segment, they have a new opening for a Central Kitchen Executive (Central Kitchen) - based in Tuas.
**Responsibilities**:
1) Assisting the Head of Central Kitchen in setting up overall Central Kitchen, including Fixtures & equipment, SOPs, Production line & Planning etc;
2) Continuously seek ways to improve the efficiency of processes;
3) Managing food production personnel, ensuring that they adhere to food safety and hygiene standards;
4) Ensure production process complies with established procedures and quality standards;
5) Set production objectives and implement action plans for achieving targets;
6) Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials and processed food products, ensuring proper cost control and minimise wastage;
7) Commercial mindset who is consumer centric to do Research and Development.
8) Present new product innovations to the clients.
**Requirements**:
1) Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the food related and/or manufacturing industry
2) In-depth knowledge of food processing and food safety
3) Experienced in butchering, salad & sandwich preparations
4) Able to adhere to the precise instructions given by the Head of Central Kitchen
5) Strong leadership skills, honesty, and trustworthiness, with excellent communication skills.
6) Able to communicate effectively in English, Malay and Mandarin would be an advantage
