Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Costing Expert to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for managing contracts, conducting project costing, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in contract management, data analysis, and digital tools such as PDF X-change Editor, Glodon Internation, and Autodesk Revit/CAD. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve contract and cost issues promptly and professionally.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage contracts from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Conduct thorough project costing, including procurement, budgeting, and variation order assessment.
  • Develop and implement effective cost control measures to minimize financial risks.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Sustainable Infrastructure in Building Services, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in MEP/HVAC/ACMV field, preferably with a strong background in data analysis concepts.
  • Strong knowledge of modern digital solutions, including modeling take-off software, RPA, advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, and AI/ML.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
