  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in construction or renovation projects, with a strong track record of delivering results under pressure.
  • Prior experience in renovation works as a Supervisor will be highly advantageous, demonstrating leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively.
  • Familiarity with construction equipment, tools, and safety procedures, with a focus on reducing risks and improving workplace safety.
  • Able to commit to longer working hours, weekends, and public holidays, showing flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
