Job Title: Marine Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive business growth in the marine and offshore industry.

  • This role requires identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our customer base and increase market share.
  • The ideal candidate will develop and implement sales and business strategies in alignment with our goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular engagement, meetings, and presentations.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and support contract negotiations to close deals effectively.
  • Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and provide feedback to management on market opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, finance, technical) to ensure smooth execution of projects and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in marketing activities such as exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events to strengthen our brand presence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
  • Relevant working experience in Sales or Business Development. Experience in the marine and offshore industry is highly valued.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes, including client meetings, trade exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Comfortable with both office-based and outdoor sales activities.

  • Prior experience in the marine and offshore industry.
