Maintenance Equipment Specialist

Job Summary:
">- We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our team in ensuring the efficient operation of our plant equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Plan, coordinate, and manage daily maintenance activities with internal and external contractors to execute timely and effective maintenance.">
- Service equipment and components to ensure they are always ready and available for production.">
- Analyze and improve equipment reliability to prevent recurring issues; prepare root cause analysis (RCA) and follow-up actions with senior engineers.">
- Prepare and review spare parts lists and equipment inventory; ensure critical spares are available, optimize stock levels, and manage using CMMS.">
- Develop and implement routine maintenance and inspection schedules for plant equipment; execute preventive, routine, and periodical inspections on rotating and static equipment with contractor coordination.">
- Manage annual shutdown maintenance for facilities; oversee site work, liaise with contractors and production groups, ensuring safe completion.">
- Update long-term maintenance plans for facilities and utility equipment.">
- Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety policies by reviewing and implementing MSRA.">
- Support continuous improvement efforts in Safety, Quality, Environment, and Health Management Systems.">
- Act responsibly for safety of self and others in the workplace.">
Requirements:
">- Degree/Diploma in mechanical engineering or equivalent qualification.">
- 5 years' experience in plant and facilities maintenance within a chemical plant.">
- Experience in petrochemical or related industries.">
- Basic understanding of maintenance technology in manufacturing process plant environments.">
