Job Description

International Business Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic professional to support our Director in both business and personal matters. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the Director's international travel schedule, day-to-day coordination, and attending high-level business meetings across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full-spectrum administrative and logistical support to the Director, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Accompany the Director on frequent overseas business trips, handling on-site support and liaison duties
  • Represent the company professionally in high-level business meetings and networking events with senior executives and corporate partners
  • Assist with documentation, email correspondence, translation (Chinese-English), and preparation of meeting materials
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of business engagements
  • Handle confidential matters with discretion and integrity

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an executive or personal assistant role, preferably supporting C-level or director-level professionals
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - ability to connect with high-level stakeholders and build rapport across cultures
  • Highly adaptable with a proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
  • Professional appearance and good personal image; well-groomed and confident in formal business settings
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently and on short notice to various international destinations
  • Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, based on the Director's travel and meeting schedule
  • Formal academic qualifications are not strictly required - we value attitude, capability, and presence more than paper credentials
