We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to play a key role in supporting our client's Supply Chain Finance system. The successful candidate will drive global releases, partner with business and operations teams worldwide, and be responsible for end-to-end business analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with Product Managers & Operations teams across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions
  • Perform requirement validation, impact assessment, functional specifications, and workflow design
  • Define and coordinate SIT, UAT, and NRT test plans, ensuring test coverage, scenario design, and stakeholder sign-off
  • Analyze defects, propose solutions, and ensure timely resolution during production
  • Document and review user manuals, release notes, and ensure smooth handover to end users
  • Participate in design reviews to ensure scalable, high-performing, and secure IT solutions
Requirements:
  • 12–15 years of IT experience, with 6–8 years as a Business Analyst
  • Strong background in Trade Finance / Supply Chain Financing / Accounts Payable & Receivable
  • Hands-on skills in SQL, XML, SWIFT, EDIFACT, ISO20022 , data transformation & APIs (REST)
  • Experience designing solutions for large-scale web applications & microservices
  • Strong communication & stakeholder management skills across regions
  • Knowledge of Agile & Waterfall delivery models
