Global Enterprise Architects drive the development of IT architectures that align with business strategies, enabling organizations to achieve their goals.

As a key member of the DHL Express Global Enterprise Architecture Group, you will be responsible for defining and communicating IT domain architectures aligned with the company's target architecture. This involves managing the realization of IT architectures, ensuring they meet business requirements and are cost-efficient.

You will work closely with stakeholders to identify and evaluate new technologies, simplify IT support functions, and respond to changing market demands. Your expertise will help DHL Express remain competitive and innovative in the logistics industry.

To succeed in this role, you must have at least 10 years of multi-disciplined IT experience, including at least 5 years of IT architecture leadership in a large organization. You should have a solid background in designing, specifying, and configuring solutions, systems, and interfaces. Experience in delivering IT solutions across large multinational organizations is essential.

Additionally, you must be energetic, enthusiastic, and results-oriented, committed to 'best practices' and best-in-class design methodologies. Superior communication skills are required, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with all divisions of the company domestically and internationally.

In-depth technical knowledge, along with architectural certifications from professional bodies, is highly valued. Industry qualifications from engineering or information systems professional bodies are also preferred.
