Regional Performance Excellence Lead

This role is ideal for an individual who can drive performance optimization initiatives across regions, leveraging data analysis and strategic thinking to enhance business outcomes.
- We are seeking a skilled professional with experience in data-driven decision making, process improvement, and team collaboration.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:- Gathering operational data from APAC countries and consolidating it for analysis.
- Analyzing data to define key performance indicators (KPIs) that generate actionable insights.
- Creating strategic reports and presentation materials for meetings with Country General Managers (GMs) and Business Development (BD) leaders.
You will also assist with regional performance reviews, planning cycles, and initiatives to improve business systems, as well as contribute to or lead cross-functional projects focused on operational efficiency and regional alignment.
