Regional Performance Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Regional Performance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, implementing, and managing rewards and benefits programmes across multiple locations.

The role involves analyzing employee data to identify trends, improve retention, and enhance overall organizational performance. This includes translating complex data into actionable insights to support decision-making processes aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing rewards and benefits programmes
  • Analyzing employee data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Translating complex data into actionable insights
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment to global rewards incentives framework
  • Managing regional salary structure development

Requirements:

  • A tertiary degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • At least 10 years' experience in rewards and benefits processes in a cross-country environment
  • Strong experience in local country legal frameworks in SEA&O
  • Strong cultural sensitivity with high cross-cultural communication ability
