Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish partnerships to determine programme requirements and relevance.
  • Identify trends affecting programme success and implement best practices.
  • Plan and collaborate with other organisations to achieve programme goals.
  • Support Reporting Officer in reviewing programme alignment and effectiveness.
Community Work:
  • Implement community outreach events and coordinate roadshows.
  • Deliver social work programmes to meet targeted needs.
  • Link up community resources and support team services.
Volunteer Management:
  • Communicate programme objectives to volunteers.
  • Provide guidance on executing effective programmes.
  • Develop a growing team of volunteers to support various programmes.
  • Network and build relationships with potential partners.
Compliance:
  • Consolidate KPI status periodically.
  • Ensure expenditure is managed effectively.
  • Meet funding agencies' requirements.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly reports.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a degree from an accredited institution.

Relevant Experience:

  • Prior experience in events or programme design, planning, and implementation is advantageous.

Competences:

  • People-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • Analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Committed and can-do attitude.
