This is a key role that combines policy development, programme management and stakeholder engagement.
- Pursue the conceptualisation and finetuning of policy and programme parameters to achieve strategic national initiatives.
- Convert policies into customer-centric solutions for TA initiatives.
- Develop and maintain robust monitoring frameworks to track programme effectiveness and outcomes.
- Manage budget planning and financial resource allocation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across government agencies to ensure alignment in implementation.
- Lead secretariat duties for strategic meetings and coordinate responses to public enquiries and stakeholder feedback.
- Establish and maintain up-to-date communication materials to proliferate awareness of the TA initiative.
We are looking for an individual with 7-10 years of experience in policy work and stakeholder engagement in complex settings. The ideal candidate should possess strong project and timeline management skills, be a conscientious planner with strategic foresight, and have excellent policy implementation, analytical, writing, problem-solving, and communication skills.
