Job Title: Middle Office Manager

The role is to provide support for the operations of an institution in Singapore. As a seasoned middle office professional, you will be responsible for reconciling daily profit and loss across trading desks, investigating discrepancies, and collaborating with the front office to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile daily P&L across trading desks and investigate any mismatches.
  • Verify trade details to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Collaborate with the OTC team to streamline operational workflows and support automation efforts.
  • Calculate and consolidate monthly brokerage data for reporting purposes.
  • Assist with internal and external audits by preparing detailed trade and risk documentation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in middle office, trade support, or P&L reporting.
  • Flexibility with working hours, as this role may require availability outside standard office hours.
  • Genuine interest in the crypto space and strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and fast-learning mindset.
  • Organized, dependable, and comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
