Job Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization in a middle office role. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for reconciling daily P&L across trading desks and investigating mismatches.
- Reconcile daily P&L across trading desks, investigate mismatches, and work closely with the Front Office to resolve any discrepancies.
- Review and verify trade details to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Collaborate with the OTC team to streamline current operational workflows and support automation efforts to handle increasing trade volumes efficiently.
- Calculate and consolidate monthly brokerage data for reporting purposes. Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and clearly presented.
- Assist with internal and external audits by preparing and maintaining detailed trade and risk documentation.
We are looking for a candidate with a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field and 3-6 years of experience in middle office, trade support, or P&L reporting. Exposure to digital assets or structured products is preferred.
Additional requirements include flexibility with working hours, a genuine interest in the crypto space, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a fast-learning mindset. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus, especially when dealing with regional counterparties or documentation.
