We are seeking a highly skilled Middle Office professional to join our team.

Job Description

This is a foundational role that requires an experienced operator with a broad understanding of institutional middle office and settlements. The successful candidate will have a genuine interest in the crypto space and a strong grasp of blockchain fundamentals.

The primary responsibilities of this role include reconciling daily P&L across trading desks, investigating mismatches, and working closely with the Front Office to resolve any discrepancies. Additionally, the candidate will review and verify trade details to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.

Collaboration with the OTC team will be key to streamlining current operational workflows and supporting automation efforts to handle increasing trade volumes efficiently. The candidate will also calculate and consolidate monthly brokerage data for reporting purposes, ensuring reports are accurate, timely, and clearly presented.

Assistance with internal and external audits will be required by preparing and maintaining detailed trade and risk documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in middle office, trade support, or P&L reporting; exposure to digital assets or structured products preferred.
  • Flexibility with working hours — as this role may require availability outside standard office hours to support trading activities or reconciliations.
  • A genuine interest in the crypto space, with a strong grasp of blockchain fundamentals (e.g. how transactions work, wallet infrastructure etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a fast-learning mindset.
  • Organised, dependable, and comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus, especially when dealing with regional counterparties or documentation.
