Job Title: Visual Merchandising Intern
About the Role
We are seeking a Visual Merchandising Intern to join our team in Singapore. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure visual merchandising efficiency within Travel Retail Asia Pacific, focusing on promotional and permanent merchandising.
Brands: Full portfolio across categories.
Markets covered within the scope: Travel Retail APAC
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing new counter guidelines and planograms from current templates to cover full configurations for all portfolios (Fragrances, Make-Up, and Skincare brands)
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser Executive on multi-brand material board approvals
- Prepare quotations
- Deploy POSM from the SG warehouse for new launches
- Source props/tools needed for permanent counters and temporary promotions in line with brand guidelines
- Support on permanent and temporary projects as needed
What You'll Bring
Essential:
- Undergraduates who can commit for at least 6 months (Jan to Jun 2025) for a full-time internship
- Proficient in MS Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Adobe Creative Cloud skills are a plus
- Self-motivated and self-starter, with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality
- Cross-cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence
- Articulate, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good balance of a professional attitude while having fun
- Strong interest in consumer goods, makeup, and beauty products
- Strong desire to learn, along with a strong sense of ownership
- Persuasive, resilient, and flexible, able to easily adapt to new challenges
- Passionate, enthusiastic, and driven to regularly follow up with loose ends

- Planogram Development: Adapt and develop from Global guidelines with a strong understanding of optimizing product placement and enhancing the shopping experience for travelers in Asia Pacific
