
Client Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Foster exceptional customer relationships by responding to inquiries and providing informative guidance on course offerings.
- Collaborate with the Centre Manager to ensure a seamless registration process, enhancing overall client experience.
Role Overview:
The Client Support Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective customers in a campus environment. Key duties include educating customers about available courses, addressing inquiries, and facilitating the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service via walk-ins and online platforms, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of curriculum and programs offered to effectively communicate with potential clients.
- Identify suitable courses aligning with customers' needs and objectives to streamline enrolment.
- Assist in closing sales by guiding customers through the registration process.
- Collaborate with the Centre Manager to guarantee a smooth enrolment process, optimizing customer satisfaction.
- Analyse customer feedback to contribute to ongoing improvement in service delivery and sales strategies.
- Manage accurate customer database records and assist in sales data analysis for reporting purposes.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Centre Manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any field.
- Fresh graduates with a proactive attitude and sales-driven mindset are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is advantageous.
