
Client Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Support Specialist to provide exceptional client service across various trading platforms. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for handling client enquiries and complaints efficiently and effectively.
Your primary duties will include:
- Providing timely and professional support to clients via phone, email, live chat, and other channels
- Carrying out administrative tasks such as running reports, account statements, and dealing with ad-hoc requests
- Processing client trades over the telephone and assisting with trade executions
- Managing client accounts, including opening new accounts, chasing up documents, and dealing with trading queries
- Verifying client bank accounts and raising deposits to Broker Operations
- Assisting clients with understanding CFD dividends & FX Swaps and providing guidance on their queries
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Business fluency in written and verbal English and Mandarin
- Effective relationship building and influencing skills
- Pragmatic and flexible approach with ability to handle ambiguity and remain focused
- Confident and proactive communication skills with people at all levels
- Performance driven and results orientated with strong bias for action and outcome
- Ability to handle large workloads and remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Previous client facing experience
