Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Specialist to join our team at Binary Technology Development. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for developing and managing vendor relationships, implementing review and exit mechanisms, and driving strategic procurement planning to meet our annual targets.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, with over 6 years of experience in indirect service procurement. They should possess excellent negotiation skills, be proficient in English, and have knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage vendor relationships to drive strategic procurement planning.
  • Implement review and exit mechanisms to ensure vendor compliance.
  • Drive cost control and optimization through market analysis and supplier management.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Over 6 years of experience in indirect service procurement.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
