About This Role

This role involves working closely with the sales team to monitor sales activities and pipelines, facilitate events, verify customer data, process phone orders, make mentoring calls, handle customer queries, and assist with incoming calls.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Monitor sales activities and pipelines to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer inquiries

  • Verify customer data in the system to maintain accuracy and completeness
  • Process phone orders efficiently and effectively to meet customer needs

Requirements and Qualifications
