We are seeking an experienced SAP Software Development Manager to lead our technical team in the design, development, and maintenance of SAP software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in SAP development, including ABAP programming, SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP HANA, and other relevant SAP technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of SAP developers, providing technical guidance and support in the design, development, and implementation of SAP software solutions.
- Solution Design and Architecture: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions within the SAP ecosystem.
- Development Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee SAP development projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct regular code reviews and quality assurance assessments to ensure the reliability, performance, and maintainability of SAP software solutions.
- Change Management and Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate the adoption and integration of new SAP technologies and functionalities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in SAP software development, with expertise in ABAP programming, SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP HANA, and other relevant SAP technologies.
- Proven track record of successfully leading SAP development projects, including customization, enhancement, and integration efforts.
- Strong understanding of SAP architecture, data modeling, and integration principles, with the ability to design and architect complex SAP solutions.
- Experience managing and leading development teams, with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- SAP certification in relevant areas (e.g., ABAP development, SAP Fiori) is a plus.
