Administrative professionals play a vital role in supporting the success of organizations.

This position is designed to assist and coordinate administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Job Description
  • Key information into systems related to hire purchase transactions, printing and mailing necessary documents to customers.
  • Verify documents to ensure accuracy and completeness, including insurance certificates and LTA Acknowledgements.
  • Contact customers to confirm applications and provide updates on application status.
  • Lodge Form A to register the company's interest in financed vehicles.
  • Scan Hire Purchase accounts after disbursement.
  • Coordinate with salespersons and financial institutions on outstanding issues and documentation.
  • Communicate application outcomes and requirements to salespersons and financial institutions.
Requirements
  • A minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative-related role.
  • Possess at least a GCE 'O' or 'N' Certificate.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
