This position involves overseeing general administrative duties, including managing communications, coordinating mail and packages, maintaining office supplies and equipment, ensuring a clean and organized workspace, and supporting other teams as needed.
The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Scheduling appointments and arranging travel arrangements
- Offering technical support to colleagues
The Administrative Coordinator will handle purchasing tasks, including:
- Verifying vendor quotations and submitting them for approval
- Issuing purchase orders and tracking deliveries
- Reviewing invoices for accuracy and processing payments
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with administrative tasks are essential.
