The role requires effective coordination of workshops, liaison with clinical teams to formulate procurement specifications, and support for infrastructure design.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for implementing and verifying quality standards in the NUH Compounding Hub, conducting audits, handling quality queries, delivering quality-related training, and ensuring that documents are organized and managed according to standard procedures.
The following skills and qualifications are required:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Planning of Facility: Supports various activities outlined to meet the milestones on the strategic planning roadmap.
- Operational Management and Service Delivery: Establishes, monitors, and reviews QA Standard Operating Procedures.
- Product Safety: Investigates and reports on medicine defects, arising from both commercial and hospital-made products.
- Pharmacy Department Quality Assurance: Provides advice and support for temperature monitoring systems for the storage of medicinal products.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in science, pharmacy, or a related field, with over 5 years of relevant work experience in new facility setup. Experience in quality control or assurance is highly desirable, as is extensive knowledge of quality control, quality management systems, and validations requirements.
