Job Title: Compound Maintenance Specialist

The role of the Compound Maintenance Specialist is to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in designated areas, adhering to established guidelines and protocols.

This involves ensuring that common areas, lift lobbies, staircases, and exterior spaces are clean and free from debris, as well as performing other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

  • Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, clearing rubbish and disposing of waste from designated bins and work sites, and maintaining clear drains and pipes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain interior and exterior spaces within the compound, including lifts and staircases.
  • Ensure all designated areas are tidy and well-organized at all times.
  • Clear rubbish and dispose of waste from designated bins and work sites.
  • Perform daily inspections to identify areas requiring maintenance or repair.
