Quality Assurance Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Performing visual inspections of raw materials and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Reviewing batch production records to ensure all critical steps meet specifications prior to release.
- Assessing autoclave reports for compounding and filling operations.
- Conducting annual inspections of retention samples, including identification, segregation, and disposal.
- Approving Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and managing updates to the Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Investigating and resolving deviations before batch release.
- A minimum Diploma in Science, Engineering, or equivalent with at least 1-3 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- A strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
