Quality Assurance Specialist

Description

The role of Quality Assurance Specialist involves ensuring that products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This position is critical to our organization's success, as it requires a high level of expertise and attention to detail.

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality department, you will be responsible for conducting inspections, generating quality performance reports, and leading MRB reviews and dispositions.

You will also be responsible for supporting supplier evaluation and qualification processes, participating in internal and supplier audits, and overseeing internal calibration management.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will develop and implement action plans to improve quality processes and mitigate risks.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, quality assurance)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of AS9100, ISO14001, and other relevant industry standards
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams as needed
