Clinical Solutions Specialist

At a leading healthcare organization, we are seeking an experienced Clinical Solutions Specialist to provide comprehensive pre and post-sales support. This role is crucial in ensuring that healthcare professionals gain maximum benefit from technology through expert training, demonstrations, and ongoing customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct product demonstrations for healthcare professionals and internal sales teams, showcasing the value of our solutions and their applications in clinical settings.
  • Deliver hands-on training during product installation and as part of customer engagement activities, empowering users to get the most out of our technology and drive patient care excellence.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues while ensuring customers are confident in using the solutions provided and achieving optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in industry events such as conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in medical imaging and share knowledge with peers.
  • Carry out regular customer visits to ensure proper usage and optimal performance of equipment, maintaining high image quality standards and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide structured training programs for junior application specialists and mentor new team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, growth, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain image quality and equipment performance standards at customer sites, adhering to strict quality control measures and adhering to industry benchmarks.
  • Support pre-sales activities by preparing and delivering tailored product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting the unique benefits and features of our solutions and their impact on patient care.
  • Ensure demo equipment is fully operational and ready for customer engagement, guaranteeing a seamless experience and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback on product performance and recommend improvements, driving innovation and excellence in our solutions and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Radiography, Biomedical Science, Medical Physics, or related field, with a strong foundation in medical imaging principles and a deep understanding of the complexities involved.
  • Prior experience in medical imaging applications (e.g., X-ray, CT, MRI, or ultrasound), demonstrating expertise in handling complex technical issues and providing effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clinical stakeholders and convey complex information in a clear and concise manner, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities, able to navigate complex technical issues and provide effective solutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines, and embracing a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
