Job Title: Healthcare Research Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced researcher to join our team as a Healthcare Research Expert. The successful candidate will work on projects related to health services and operational research, collaborating with researchers to write and review papers, present research outcomes, and develop new collaborations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data-driven solutions for healthcare improvement and proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, with experience in using machine learning and analytical frameworks to solve healthcare-related problems.

Additional responsibilities may include project management, providing guidance to other healthcare worker researchers, and contributing to the development of own research work and projects.

As a key member of the research team, the successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with PI(s) to perform administrative tasks related to research grants, including submission of claims and progress reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Min. PhD in medicine/nursing/any relevant science field
  • Min. 1-2 years relevant experience in health service research
  • Strong background in data-driven solutions for healthcare improvement
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, with experience in using machine learning and analytical frameworks to solve healthcare-related problems
