Job Title: Healthcare Research Expert

Job Description:

The role of a Senior Research Fellow involves leading research projects in health services and operational research. This includes developing and executing innovative ideas, collaborating with healthcare professionals, applying for funding, and mentoring junior researchers. A strong background in quantitative data analysis and statistics is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct rigorous research projects to inform healthcare policy and practice.
  • Prepare and review research papers, present findings, and build collaborative networks with stakeholders.
  • Support project management and provide guidance to junior researchers.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • PhD or Master's degree in Nursing, Medicine, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in medical research, preferably in health services research.
  • Expertise in applied statistics, including study design, data analysis, and outcome evaluation.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, with experience applying machine learning and analytical frameworks to healthcare challenges.
