Healthcare Research Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned healthcare research leader to drive impactful studies and shape healthcare delivery and policy.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage research teams, collaborating with clinicians to deliver high-quality research outcomes.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate research projects aligned with national healthcare priorities, leveraging data analytics and AI applications in healthcare.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with healthcare institutions, academic partners, and government agencies to advance research initiatives.
  • Identify and secure research grants, including competitive funding opportunities.
  • Mentor junior researchers and build research capacity within the organization.
  • Translate research outcomes into actionable insights for healthcare policy and operations.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree (or higher) in Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of research/analytics experience, with 4+ years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record in clinical/health services research and project management, with expertise in securing research grants.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into practical insights.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and AI applications in healthcare is advantageous.
