Key E-commerce Operations Role

This is a dynamic e-commerce operations position that requires hands-on experience in managing full e-commerce operations across various online marketplaces.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to create, update and optimize product listings, monitor stock levels and pricing, plan and execute online campaigns and work closely with product development and sourcing teams on new SKU pipelines.

Responsibilities:
  • Product listing management across all e-commerce platforms including titles, descriptions, images, SEO and pricing.
  • Monitoring stock levels, pricing and performance analytics on each platform.
  • Planning and executing online campaigns across platforms.
  • Working closely with product development and sourcing teams on new SKU pipeline.
  • Overseeing go-to-market strategy, including pricing, positioning, listing and launches.
  • Monitoring and reporting on marketplace KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, CTR, revenue, returns).
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end product lifecycle on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, Shopify and TikTok Shop.
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce analytics, marketplace algorithms and campaign performance.
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel, Photoshop and e-commerce back-end dashboards.
