About the Role

  • You will lead the planning, execution, and coordination of all store renovation projects, working closely with external vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement store design concepts, taking into account customer feedback and market trends.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project plans and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to negotiate prices and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of project milestones, progress, and outcomes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A diploma or higher in any field; a degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field would be an asset.
  • Proven experience as a project administrator in the retail industry, preferably with expertise in store design and renovation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including staff, customers, and external partners.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A positive attitude, good communication skills, and excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

S$80,000 - S$110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
