Post-Machinery Breakdown Services Specialist

This role involves attending to customer enquiries related to machinery breakdown, liaising with suppliers and manufacturers, and ensuring customers receive a positive buying experience.
Key Responsibilities- Attend to customer enquiries of machinery breakdown, local and overseas
- Administer procedures for equipment breakdown and follow-up actions
- Liaise and report to suppliers and manufacturers on machinery breakdown
- Communicate solutions on machinery breakdown to customers and end-users
- Coordinate and attend to product warranties and claims
- Source suppliers locally and internationally for spare parts at regular intervals to update price information and inventory
- Maintain and upkeep fleet of machinery and premises in showroom condition
- Ensure effective inventory control of spare parts/components to support rental and sales of machinery in the Singapore market
- Liaise maintenance schedules for aftersales staff with customers and end-users in Singapore
- Ensure proper documentation for ISO procedures and statutory requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar industry
- Initiative and self-driven to achieve business objectives
- Proactive in identifying market opportunities and problem-solving
- Proficient in English and Mandarin, including local dialects
- Technical knowledge of heavy construction machinery is an added advantage
- Able to communicate with all levels of people, verbally and in writing
- Keenness to listen and a team-player
- Willingness to travel
