Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an After Sales Service Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery.

  • Attending enquiries related to machinery breakdown, both locally and internationally.
  • Administering procedures for equipment breakdown and following up on necessary actions.
  • Liaising with our factory team to report on machinery breakdown.
  • Communicating solutions to customers and end-users.
  • Coordinating product warranties and claims.
  • Source suppliers locally and internationally for spare parts at regular intervals to update price information and inventory.
  • Maintaining and upgrading our fleet of machinery and showroom premises.
  • Ensuring efficient inventory control of spare parts/components to support rental and sales of machinery in the Singapore market.
  • Liasing maintenance schedules with aftersales staff and customers/end-users in Singapore.
  • Documenting ISO procedures and statutory requirements properly.
  • Providing excellent customer service experience for our clients.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar industry.
  • The ability to take initiative and drive results to achieve company objectives.
  • Proactive approach to identifying market opportunities and solving problems.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin languages, including local dialects.
  • Technical knowledge of heavy construction machinery is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong teamwork and listening skills.
  • Ability to travel when required.
