Key Service Role

We seek a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Service Engineer cum Sales. In this position, you will provide technical support and advice to customers on operating and maintaining machinery.

As a key member of our sales team, your primary focus will be on servicing equipment's and machines in the region, implementing and executing shutdown maintenance at factories or chemical plants where our equipment's are supplied, and installing CNC machines with job trails in the region.

Responsibilities include documentation, including service reports, machine registration, filing, and record-keeping, as well as providing sales support for company machineries and working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets.

To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum ITE/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering and at least 2 years of experience. A valid Class 3 driving license is a plus, and experience in servicing machineries is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service equipment's and machines in the region
  • Implement and execute shutdown maintenance at factories or chemical plants
  • Install and job trail CNC machines in the region
  • Document service reports, machine registration, filing, and records
  • Provide sales support for company machineries
  • Offer technical support and advise to customers on operating and maintaining our machines
  • Built and maintain relationships with existing clients, distributors, and dealers
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum ITE/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering
  • At least 2 years of experience
  • Valid Class 3 driving license (plus)
  • Experience in servicing machineries
