Machinery Service Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our machinery.

  • Attending enquiries related to machinery breakdown, both locally and internationally.
  • Administering procedures for equipment breakdown and following up on necessary actions.
  • Liaising with our factory team to report on machinery breakdown.
  • Communicating solutions to customers and end-users.
  • Coordinating product warranties and claims.
  • Source suppliers locally and internationally for spare parts at regular intervals to update price information and inventory.
  • Maintaining and upgrading our fleet of machinery and showroom premises.
  • Ensuring efficient inventory control of spare parts/components to support rental and sales of machinery in the market.
  • Liasing maintenance schedules with aftersales staff and customers/end-users.
  • Documenting procedures properly.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar industry.
  • The ability to take initiative and drive results to achieve objectives.
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin languages, including local dialects.
  • Technical knowledge of heavy construction machinery is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong teamwork and listening skills.
  • Ability to travel when required.
