Digital Identity Product Lead for Smart Nation

We are seeking a skilled Digital Identity Product Lead to join our team at Careers@Gov. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of digital identity in Singapore.
About the RoleAs a Digital Identity Product Lead, you will be responsible for determining what problems are worth solving in the digital identity space and deciding on the best approach to deliver value to users. You will create a plan and prioritize your product pipeline based on opportunities, resources, and limitations.
Key Responsibilities- Determine what problems are worth solving in the digital identity space and decide on the best approach to deliver value to users
- Create a plan and prioritize your product pipeline based on opportunities, resources, and limitations
- Work with engineering, design, policy, and operations teams to bring your product to success
- Measure and track your product's progress
- Wear multiple hats to help the product succeed, including taking time to understand a problem, introducing processes, or resolving an issue from a user or partner
- Buildd a culture of collaboration with the people you work with
We need someone who can drive public good impact for NDI in the digital identity space, bring products or services to market consistently, prioritize what to iterate or improve based on metrics and/or feedback, be hands-on with engineering and design, take initiative and move forward without always waiting for instruction, and communicate with clarity to influence and align people.
