This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Marketing Recruitment Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and coordinate recruitment events, ensuring seamless execution and excellent candidate experiences.

  • Develop creative content, such as social media visuals, email newsletters, and advertisements, that resonates with our target audience.
  • Set up technical requirements and provide support during recruitment events, guaranteeing a smooth and successful experience.
  • Manage marketing campaigns for recruitment events, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize results.
  • Post and respond to social media queries, fostering a positive online presence and building relationships with potential candidates.
  • Coordinate in-house recruitment photo and video shoots, capturing high-quality visual content that showcases our brand.
  • Provide logistical support for recruitment marketing activities, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of projects.
  • Design and maintain recruitment marketing assets, developing a consistent visual identity that reinforces our brand message.
  • Lead the conceptualization and styling of content, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
  • Collaborate with agencies to develop engaging marketing content, incorporating fresh perspectives and ideas.
  • Demonstrate expertise in digital tools, including websites, CRM, and Hubspot, staying up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends.
Requirements:
  • Hold a diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • Possess at least 3 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Be familiar with design software, such as Canva, and social media platforms, with a strong understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
  • Have experience setting up events and using video conferencing tools, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Exhibit strong customer service and communication skills, providing exceptional support to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Able to converse with Chinese-speaking partners, enhancing our global reach and partnerships.
  • Display strong organizational skills and prioritize tasks under pressure, managing multiple projects and deadlines with ease.
